Rick Eckhout, CEO

Mr. Eckhout began his career in the electrical business in 1967 and launched TEPS, Inc. in 1994. Rick and his team have built TEPS into a multi-million dollar electrical sales agency representing many major electrical manufacturers. Mr. Eckhout said, "I'm proud of the accomplishments of our TEPS team. Their technical expertise, strong customer relationships and key leadership skills come together every day for our clients, helping them to get problems solved and projects completed."

Wayne Monaco, President

Wayne Monaco is a Branding and Sales Strategist who partners with top performing manufactures to bring solutions to the power, control, automation, and IIOT markets. He has been instrumental in helping companies secure big wins by bringing the right solutions to the users in these markets. Wayne says "improved bottom line performance is the objective of any organization and helping customers obtain superior products for their requirements will help grow their profitability and reputation." Jim Schaut, Vice President

Jim Schaut is a registered professional engineer and has worked for over 30 years in the electrical industry. He graduated from michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering, Power Option and an Associates of Science degree from Grand Rapids Junior College. Over the years he has worked for a number of companies that specialized in consulting engineering, software, meter manufacturing, a nationwide electrical distributor, and manufacturer's representative. He is a member of IEEE and has been involved as a planning committee member for GLEM for 20+ years, holding various positions. He is currently Chairman of the GLEMS Management Session.

Chuck Hubbard, Sales Engineer

Mr. Hubbard brought 25 years of experience in electrical distribution, automotive discrete manufacturing and new product development from Fortune 500 companies to TEPS when he joined our team in 2006. His motto? The customer is never wrong. "I like to be responsive, approachable and timely in all my client contacts," said Chuck. "I'll get the right information out as soon as possible. In my work with power controls and automation, I'll direct clients to the right products from the best source to meet their needs."

Chevelle Simpson, Inside Sales

Ms. Simpson's experience in Office Administration allows her to multi-task with attention to detail and handle a fast pace work environment. Chevelle says, "I really enjoy talking to the customers and reassuring them I will do everything possible to assist them in a timely manner. There is a family atmosphere at TEPS, so help is always near. Customer service is very important at TEPS. Everyone is a priority!"

Sandy Verardi, Inside Sales

Ms. Verardi has over 25 years working in the electrical industry. In her past positions in purchasing, and sales support she has learned the ins and outs of the electrical industry and the needs of running a business in general. As part of the TEPS team she brings a get it done attitude with easy going nature. Sandy says "I'm confident my experiences will enable me to assist and provide our customers with the level of service that make them think of TEPS first for their power, control, and automation needs."

Rani Carlesco, Outside Sales

Rani Carlesco has over 12 years’ experience in the electrical industry, where she honed her knowledge of Power, Control, and Automation Products. Rani graduated from Lawrence Technological University with an MBA and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Detroit College of Business. She is a great communicator and is successful at building relationships within all levels of an organization, easily bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure product solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
